The Attending Optometrist will provide high quality eye care. They will conduct routine and problem-focused examinations, assess, and evaluate symptoms, determine conditions, and prescribe appropriate treatment or services. Prescribes glasses and contact lenses. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. The practice does not currently have an Optical Shop.

Previous experience preferred, however new graduates are considered. This Position Offers:
At MaineHealth, we recognize the value each team member brings to our organization. Total compensation packages may include, based on eligibility, recruitment payments, relocation assistance, productivity incentives, and quality incentives. The annual base salary for this position is within a range from $124,000 to $161,000. In addition to base pay, MaineHealth offers comprehensive benefits, recognition programs and career growth opportunities.
