This is a great fit if you want to supplement your current practice, add some variety to your routine, or simply give back to a population that needs you. Work as little as one day a month, or up to three to four days a week. The schedule bends to fit your life, not the other way around. What you'd do: Perform thorough eye exams Diagnose and treat eye disease and conditions Prescribe eyeglasses and create patient treatment plans Educate patients on their eye health What we provide: $100 per hour All equipment and supplies, cost free Mileage reimbursement for local travel A Monday to Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends What you bring: Doctor of Optometry (OD) Active Michigan optometry license A warm, patient-first approach (experience with geriatric patients is a plus) We'd love to tell you more.
