Full time (5 days)
COMPENSATION
$130,000 to $150,000

PRACTICE OVERVIEW & DETAILS
Our ideal candidate is a friendly, patient-focused optometrist who enjoys educating patients and recommending lifestyle-based vision solutions. They are committed to clinical excellence and value building long-term relationships. As a strong optical practice, we are seeking a confident and personable OD who is comfortable managing both vision care and medical eye conditions.

We offer advanced technology including OCT, Optos, Virtual Visual Field, Topography, and Neurolens N-3 headsets. We follow a structured practice model that emphasizes strong doctor-team communication, efficient patient flow, and measurable growth. We also provide training in a structured doctor-patient communication approach that supports clear prescribing and a seamless handoff to the optical team. Our doctors play an important role in supporting a well-organized, goal-oriented environment that enhances both patient care and practice performance.

Strong communication skills with both patients and staff are essential. Needing to fill by May 15, 2026 if at all possible.
