We are looking an Associate Optometrist who values exceptional patient care, professional autonomy, and a healthy work-life balance. What you'll do Comprehensive eye examinations Medical eye care and ocular disease management Contact lens fittings Emergency eye care Collaborate with an experienced, patient-focused team Skills Strong knowledge of ophthalmology principles. Proficiency in optical experience with contact lens fitting and optical device operation. Familiarity with medical terminology related to eye health. Experience using EMR/EHR systems. Ability to perform comprehensive ophthalmic examinations. Excellent client communication skills. Knowledge of disease management protocols. Understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality. Competence in operating ophthalmic diagnostic imaging equipment. What we offer Competitive base salary with production bonus. $120,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
