Juliette Eye Institute is seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented, and highly skilled Optometrist to join our growing team in Albuquerque or Santa Fe, New Mexico. As New Mexico's premier boutique refractive surgery center, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional surgical outcomes, cutting-edge technology, and a luxury, concierge-level patient experience. We are the first practice in New Mexico to offer all six major vision-correction procedures:

LASIK, SMILE, PRK, EVO

ICL, Refractive Lens Exchange (RLE), and Premium Cataract Surgery. This is an exciting opportunity for an Optometrist who is passionate about refractive surgery, takes pride in precision refractions, and wants to work alongside an innovative surgical team committed to clinical excellence and continued growth. What You'll Do Perform comprehensive refractive evaluations for

LASIK, SMILE, PRK, EVO

ICL, and RLE candidates. Deliver highly accurate, consistent manifest refractions with exceptional attention to detail. Educate patients on advanced vision-correction options, helping them make confident, informed decisions. Provide preoperative and postoperative care for refractive and premium cataract patients. Collaborate directly with our surgical team to optimize patient outcomes. Participate in clinical research, outcomes tracking, and continuous quality improvement. Deliver a personalized, concierge-level patient experience that sets Juliette Eye Institute apart. What We're Looking For Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution. Exceptional refraction skills and strong clinical judgment. Excellent communication skills and a patient-first mindset. Strong attention to detail and commitment to clinical precision. Positive, energetic, team-oriented personality. Passion for advanced refractive technologies and continued professional development. A growth mindset and desire to be part of a high-performing, collaborative team. Refractive surgery experience is highly valued, but candidates with exceptional clinical skills and a strong desire to learn are encouraged to apply.
