Full-Time About the Role We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused Optometrists/Opticians to join our growing retail team. In this role, you will provide professional eye care services, recommend suitable optical products, and deliver an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities ✅ Perform refraction assessments and optical dispensing services ✅ Recommend appropriate lenses, lens coatings, and frames based on customers' needs and prescriptions ✅ Maintain accurate customer records, including prescriptions, work orders, and payment information ✅ Provide professional product knowledge and advice to customers ✅ Support daily retail operations and ensure smooth store functioning ✅ Uphold service quality standards and maintain a positive customer experience Requirements ✔ Registered with the relevant licensing authority and possess a valid OOB License in Singapore ✔ Minimum NITEC in Opticianry or a related discipline ✔ Candidates with Provisional Optician (PV)registration are welcome to apply ✔ Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills ✔ Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and public holidays according to roster schedules Working Schedule 🗓 5-day work week 🕒 Retail operating hours on a rotating roster 📍 Deployment across multiple locations island wide based on operational requirements 📩Apply Now Send your resume (MSWord/PDF format) to:
