Polaris, Easton, Reynoldsburg and Lancaster. We practice full scope optometry and have the latest technology and services to offer our patients. Our technicians do the examination work ups and testing to provide a professional experience for every patient. We have a great connection to many specialists in the area and offer a great practice environment whether you are a newer graduate or seasoned OD. Optometrist We are seeking a few highly motivated Optometrists to join our team! We offer competitive compensation with incentives and flexible scheduling. We offer an onboarding program that allows you to see patients at a pace you are comfortable with while getting accustomed to our practice. Duties include but are not limited to: Diagnosing and treating eye diseases, including glaucoma, cataracts, and diabetes. Contact Lens Services including opportunity to fit specialty lenses, if desired Myopia Control FDA approved treatments in contact lenses and spectacles Dry Eye Clinic and services/products at all locations Educating patients on eye health and eye care practices. Prescribing topical and oral medications for the treatment and management of ocular conditions Great patient communication including recommendations for best vision and protection in spectacles

Skills:

Excellent communication skills. Ability to perform eye examinations on patients Ability to use various types of optical instruments. Clinic includes OCT, Optos, Topgraphy, Autorefractor, Digital Phoropter, Visual Field (virtual and standard) Revolution EHR Ability to maintain detailed records of patient history and results of tests or treatments. Ability to utilize EHR for records and comply with HIPPA standards of the practice Ability to make appropriate referrals and communicate with other health care providers

Compensation:

Competitive structure and exam schedule created for great patient and doctor experience. Doctors are employed and Grace Vision takes care of payroll taxes and liability insurance.

Part Time Associate:

This position could be a mix of weekday/weekend. Looking for Thursdays, Fridays and 2-6 weekend days per month

Part Time Weekend Only:

This position would be 2 or more weekend days per month. Clinic has some short days Sundays 12-4. Please send your CV as we are looking to add doctors soon!

Pay:

$60.00 - $90.00 per hour
