Optometrist An Optometrist is needed in Marion, OH Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity in Marion, Ohio. This position is with a community-based, nonprofit organization committed to their patients and provides a wide array of services to meet the needs of their community.
Salary and Benefits Salary range:
$120,000 to $140,000 annually (based on experience) Sign-On Bonus - $12,000 paid out over 12 months ($1,000 a month) Health Insurance Employer covers 70% Dental and Vision Insurance Offered 7 paid holidaysPTO:

Monday Friday (8am-4:30pm), paid lunch break Provide comprehensive eye exams to an average of patients per day (64 patients per week) Diagnose and manage vision conditions such as nearsightedness, farsightedness, and glaucoma Prescribe eyeglasses and medications as needed Educate patients on eye care and vision correction options Maintain accurate records in the electronic health record system (EHR) Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams within the facility Ensure equipment is maintained and operational Refer patients to ophthalmologists or specialists as needed Requirements Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited institution Active optometry license in the state of Ohio Minimum 2 years experience working as a practicing optometrist Strong communication and patient education skills About Us Titan Placement Group is a permanent placement healthcare recruiting firm that is bridging the gap between healthcare companies and high-quality candidates.
