Primary Eye Care of Arlington is seeking a Tennessee-licensed Optometrist to join our growing, patient-centered practice in Arlington, TN. Our team is dedicated to providing innovative eye health and vision care for patients of all ages through comprehensive eye exams, advanced treatment options, and personalized care. This opportunity will initially provide patient care on Mondays and Wednesdays, with the potential to expand into a four- to five-day-per-week schedule as demand continues to grow, including Friday and Saturdays and up to 20 hours per week. The ideal candidate is passionate about building long-term relationships with patients, educating them on their eye health, and delivering exceptional clinical care. RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide comprehensive eye examinations and vision care services.
Diagnose and manage ocular conditions and vision-related concerns.
Educate patients on eye health, treatment options, and preventative care.
Build strong rapport with patients and deliver an exceptional patient experience.
Recommend and prescribe appropriate treatments, products, and specific brands from the examination chair.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with applicable regulations.
Collaborate with staff to ensure efficient clinic operations and high-quality patient care.
Stay current with industry advancements, clinical best practices, and treatment options.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Active Tennessee Optometrist license in good standing.
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
