Position Highlights Competitive Compensation:

Enjoy a base range of $150,000 - $170,000 , complemented by a performance-based bonus linked to collections. Our OD consistently exceeds their base pay by meeting patient care goals, reflecting both their dedication and the strength of our model. . $10K sign-on bonus.

Comprehensive Benefits:

Valued at approximately $15,600, including health insurance with HSA, paid vacation and CME, retirement plan with employer contributions, and full coverage of licensure fees, AOA dues, and malpractice insurance.

Supportive Environment:

Collaborate closely with two ophthalmologists and another optometrist, with mentorship opportunities in ocular disease management and surgical co-management.

Flexible Schedule:

Full-time (4-5 days/week) preferred, but part-time will be considered. Enjoy a standard Monday-Friday schedule with minimal call responsibilities.
