Pay & Benefits Pay Rate:

Matching 401(k) plan Dental and health insurance Paid time off (PTO) and holidays Malpractice insurance coverage Continuing education (CE) opportunities What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to diagnose eye conditions and visual disorders Prescribe and manage treatments, including ocular medications and therapies Assist patients with eyewear selection, contact lenses, and vision care products Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent patient experiences Stay current with advancements in optometry technology and practices Support a broad scope of services, including pre/post-operative care and medical therapeutics Maintain accurate patient records following compliance standards What You Need Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree Current AL State Optometry License Strong communication and patient care skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
