Responsibilities Associate Optometrist Future Owner Art of Optometry | Black River Falls & Neillsville, WI Art of Optometry is seeking a motivated optometrist to join our thriving, full-scope private practice in central Wisconsin.
With retirement anticipated within the next 10 years, we are looking for a long-term associate interested in mentorship, leadership development, and eventual partnership or practice buy-in. A part-time position would also be considered for the right candidate. Why This Opportunity Stands Out Well-established, multi-location private practice 4-day work week (Mon-Thurs, no evenings or weekends) Strong patient demand (booked ~5 months out) Collaborative care model with surgical co-management Visiting ophthalmologist support Well trained ophthalmic technicians Clinical Scope & Technology Full-scope primary care including glaucoma management, urgent care, foreign body removal, and cataract/LASIK co-management. Equipped with Zeiss OCT, Humphrey VF, iCare, digital fundus photography, Topcon auto-phoropters, Prokera, Revolution EHR, and Rendia. Benefits Paid PTO & holidays Paid CE Simple IRA with 3% match Malpractice coverage
