Additional Coverage:
Carmel, IN & Greenwood clinics required (10300 N Illinois St, Carmel, IN, 46290 & 533 E County Line Rd, Greenwood, IN, 46143)
Core Requirements Required Credential:
Certified Orthoptist (CO) - National certification required
Schedule Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Call /
Weekends:
None Patient Volume:
Varies based on clinic and physician alignment
Compensation & Incentives/Sign-On Bonus:

Performs comprehensive and specialized ophthalmic examinations, interprets, evaluates, and communicates test results and prepares recommendations for patient treatment and management. Implements treatment programs and conducts follow up for designated patients. Bachelor's degree with coursework in orthoptics required. 1-3 years' experience as orthoptist preferred. Knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts of orthoptics required. We are an equal opportunity employer.
