In this role, you will be responsible for fitting orthotic devices, managing inventory supplies, and ensuring exceptional patient care. Your technical skills, combined with your ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers, will help us deliver personalized orthotic solutions that improve mobility and quality of life. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your skills directly impact patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities :
Properly fit and adjust orthotic devices, ensuring optimal comfort, function, and compliance with prescribed treatment plans Manage inventory levels of DME (Durable Medical Equipment) in our outside accounts Communicate clearly with patients about device usage, care instructions, and maintenance to promote adherence and satisfaction Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care plans based on physiology knowledge, anatomy understanding, and medical terminology Manage the inventory, place orders, pay invoices Experience Proven experience in orthotic fitting Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology Familiarity with intake procedures, patient service protocols, client communication strategies, and aseptic techniques Certification as a Certified Orthotic Fitter or equivalent is preferred (if not we will help you receive this); additional certifications in basic life support (BLS) are preferred Prior experience managing inventory within a healthcare or manufacturing setting is highly desirable Join us in making a difference by providing expert orthotic solutions that empower our patients. Pay:
