at Comprehensive Prosthetics & Orthotics in Normal, Illinois, United States Job Description Prosthetists/Orthotists for Normal, IL location. Independently assess patients, provide treatment, trial and final fittings of lower and upper extremities for prosthetic and orthotic patients. Examine and evaluate patients with limb disabilities. Fit and prepare orthopedic braces and prostheses. Ensure proper patient management and consistency with established practices. Provide comprehensive prosthetic and orthotic patient care in an outpatient clinical setting. Deliver custom prosthetics, custom orthotics, lower limb prosthetics, upper limb prosthetics, gate analysis, functional assessment, and device fitting and adjustment in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams.
