Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Inside Office Assistant / Orthotic Fitter / Outside Inventory specialist to join our dedicated healthcare team. This multifaceted role combines administrative support, patient interaction, orthotic fitting, and inventory management to ensure seamless clinic operations and exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will be energetic, proactive, and passionate about helping patients improve their quality of life through orthotic solutions. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop diverse skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Duties Assist with patient intake processes, including gathering necessary information and verifying insurance details Conduct orthotic fittings by measuring, customizing, and adjusting devices to meet individual patient needs Manage outside inventory by tracking supplies, ordering new stock, and maintaining organized storage areas Educate patients on orthotic device usage, care instructions, and proper fitting techniques to promote optimal outcomes Skills Strong organizational skills and computer skills Ability to multitask Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, orthopedics, and DME (Durable Medical Equipment) products (can be taught) Excellent customer service skills Join us in making a meaningful difference by providing top-quality orthotic solutions while developing your skills in a vibrant healthcare setting!
