Sign-On Bonus:

Up to $20,000 (including overtime/double-time)

Competitive Pay:

$19.46-$23.93/hr (~$66K-$81K/yr)

Hard-to-Staff Bonus:

Up to 25 of base pay

Quarterly HTS Bonus:

2.44 per quarter (up to 20 annually)

Deliver advanced assessments & emergency treatments during air and ground transports

Maintain flawless documentation of patient care and transport billing

Coordinate seamlessly with pilots, dispatchers, and medical teams

Keep your skills razor-sharp through regular training, equipment checks & clinical rotations

We're Looking for Heroes Who…

Hold an active CA Paramedic Certification

Have 3+ years (5+ preferred) of 911/pre-hospital experience

Maintain current

BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP & PHTLS/ITLS

(NRP & instructor creds a plus)

Earn FP-C within 24 months of hire

Have flight/transport experience (preferred)

Can pass a physical exam (lift up to 100 lbs), drug screen & background check

Meet basic height/weight safety standards
