Accurately document patient care and transport details for compliance and billing. Collaborate with team members, management, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations. Stay current on best practices by attending mandatory training, skill labs, and clinical rotations. Maintain compliance with all certifications, protocols, and safety standards. What You Bring

Certification :

Active paramedic certification in California.

Experience :

At least 3 years (5 years preferred) in a 911/pre-hospital service setting.

Certifications :

BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, and

PHTLS/ITLS

(NRP preferred).

Specialized Credentials :

FP-C certification within 24 months of hire.

Physical Requirements :

Body weight below 235 lbs; ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

Preferred :

Flight or transport experience and a bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field. Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range :

$66,000-$81,170 annually.

Bonuses :

Up to 25 location bonus. Sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 for California candidates.
