Sign-On Bonus:
Up to $35,000 (CA candidates eligible for a $17,500 base, plus OT/DT earnings)
Competitive Pay:
$19.46-$23.93/hr (≈ $66K-$81K/year)
Hard-to-Staff Bonus:
Up to 25 of base pay
Quarterly HTS Bonus:
2.44 per quarter (up to 20 annually)

Your Mission:
Critical Care in the Skies Perform advanced assessments, therapies & emergency treatment during air and ground transports Accurately document patient care & billing —precision matters when lives depend on it Coordinate seamlessly with pilots, dispatch, and ground crews Stay at the top of your game through regular training, equipment checks & clinical rotations Who You Are Paramedic Certification active in California 3+ years (5+ preferred) 911/pre-hospital field experience Current
BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, PHTLS/ITLS
