Job Description
5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS — We Want YOU on Our Team! LifeStar Response is seeking qualified, dependable Delaware Paramedics for on-call overnight and weekend positions. Compensation Flat stipend/pay amount for on-call availability. Hourly rate paid for all hours worked when called in for service. $5,000 Sign-On Bonus ($1250 every 500 hours worked) Qualifications Current Delaware Paramedic certification/licensure as required by state regulations (Dual Maryland preferred). Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Ability to respond promptly when activated. Strong clinical, communication, and patient care skills. Knowledge of Traumasoft a plus. Responsibilities Provide prehospital emergency medical care and transportation services. Maintain compliance with company policies, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
