Job Description

Make a Difference Every Shift. Every Call. Every Patient. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate EMS professionals to join our team and serve on the front lines of patient care. In this 24-hour position (scheduled two shifts per week), you will rotate through our four stations monthly, gaining exposure to a variety of communities, call types, and experiences that support your professional growth. This is a dynamic and rewarding opportunity for clinicians who are passionate about emergency medicine, enjoy teamwork, and want to continue building their skills in a supportive and mission-driven environment. What You'll Do Provide high-quality 911 emergency medical services and interfacility transports Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in high-acuity and routine situations Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare partners during critical moments Work collaboratively with fellow EMS professionals, hospital teams, and public safety partners Adapt to rotating station assignments, gaining diverse field experience across multiple communities Maintain professionalism, safety, and clinical excellence in all environments Represent the organization with integrity and a commitment to service Participate in ongoing training, education, and skill development opportunities What We're Looking For Current State of Indiana certification as an EMT, AEMT, or Paramedic Current BLS CPR Certification (AHA required) Valid Indiana EVOC Certification (may be provided upon hire if needed) For AEMT or Paramedic candidates: PHTLS and ACLS required For Paramedic candidates: PALS required Strong clinical judgment and ability to work effectively in fast-paced emergency situations Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement What We Offer A dynamic schedule with rotating stations that provides variety and valuable experience A supportive, team-based environment where your skills are respected and developed Opportunities for continued education, certification support, and career advancement Exposure to both 911 response and interfacility transport work A culture built on teamwork, professionalism, and making a real impact in the community
