How you'll contribute A Paramedic who excels in this role: Safely navigates ambulance to patient's location. Provides stabilization of scene and requests additional assistance as necessary. Determines nature and extent of illness or injury and patient's history from available sources. Administers emergency medical care within scope of practice, including patient stabilization, monitoring, and resuscitation, from the scene to receiving medical facility. Contacts medical personnel, reports/records observations, and follows directives. Ensures that during a shift that the assigned unit is properly equipped, stocked, and prepared to respond to a single or multiple patient incidents. Associate's Degree Preferred Licenses :

Paramedic; National Registry preferred

Certifications :

AHA, ARC or

ASHI/HSI BLS/CPR

PALS or PEPP;

Trauma Certification:

BTLS, PHTLS, ITLS, TECC or TCCC Minimum Work Experience:
