Job DescriptionThe RoleAs a Paramedic in Aurora, you're the clinical lead of a two-person crew, responding to 911 emergencies across Aurora and Hamilton County and handling interfacility and transfer calls. You'll run the full ALS scope — assessment, pharmacology, advanced airway, cardiac monitoring, and resuscitation — under Nebraska protocols and Medical Director standing orders, with the autonomy and support to practice good medicine.

EMS Director (Aurora)What You'll DoRespond promptly to 911 and transfer calls within the Aurora and Hamilton County service areaServe as the clinical decision-maker on scene as part of a two-person crewPerform patient assessments and deliver the full ALS scope under Nebraska EMS protocols and Medical Director standing ordersAdminister medications via IV, IM, or IO per protocolManage airways using advanced techniques; acquire and interpret 12-lead ECGs and function in an advanced practice/CCT setting.
