Cetronia Ambulance Corps is seeking skilled and dedicated Paramedics to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Paramedic, you will be responsible for providing advanced pre-hospital care and transportation for patients in emergency and non-emergency situations. Your expertise and commitment will play a vital role in ensuring the health and safety of our community.Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to emergency calls and provide advanced medical care following established protocols. Assess patients' conditions and administer appropriate treatments, including medication administration, airway management, and cardiac monitoring. Safely transport patients to medical facilities while ensuring their comfort and stability. Maintain accurate and detailed patient care reports and documentation. Operate and maintain emergency vehicles and medical equipment in a state of readiness. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including EMTs, nurses, and physicians, to deliver coordinated care. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with medical practices and protocols.Qualifications:
Valid Paramedic certification. Current CPR and ACLS certification. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and in high-stress situations. Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care. program of$3600 to NEWLY hired full time Paramedics. Upon offer, acceptance, and successful completion of all pre-employment requirements, the $3600 sign on bonus for a paramedic will be paid out in three installments:- First payment is $1200, paid out at the successful completion of 180 days of FT employment from the new associates orientation/hire date
- Second payment is $1200, paid out on the associates 1 year anniversary.
- Third payment is $1200, paid out at the 2-year anniversary date of the paramedic associate.
