Qualifications BLS Certification ACLS Certification Full Job Description Role:

ER Technician II responsible for providing basic patient care and supporting direct patient services in the emergency department.

Key Duties:

Assist with therapeutic treatments ordered by physicians Operate laboratory equipment Support patient discharge and education Help emergency staff and support patient families

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED Current Texas EMT-P or National EMT-P certification Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardio Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support certifications (PALS within 90 days of hire) Preferably 1 year of relevant work experience

Skills and Attributes:

Knowledge of emergency medical procedures, ability to operate laboratory equipment, patient education skills, and ability to support a fast-paced emergency environment.
