Travel Paramedic Acadian Ambulance Service - 3.1 Beaumont, TX Job Details Full-time $25 an hour 9 hours ago Benefits Travel reimbursement Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Vision insurance Employee stock ownership plan Qualifications Patient resuscitation BLS Certification ACLS Certification Company vehicle operation High school diploma or GED Driver's License Basic life support Critical care (emergency response procedures) Paramedic License NREMT Paramedic EMT-P Certification Full Job Description Travel Paramedic The Travel Paramedic provides appropriate, efficient and timely medical transportation and pre-hospital advanced, intermediate, and basic life support care within the limits of licensure or certification and in accordance with Acadian protocols. This position is a 90-day assignment for paramedics who live a minimum of 150 miles outside of the assigned work location. At the completion of the 90 days, the Travel Paramedic can elect to relocate to the area (dependent on successful completion of the probationary period) or end their assignment with Acadian.

Dallas, TX Pay:
$25.00/hour
Schedule:
60 hours/week, 90 day duration
Benefits:
Eligible for health, dental, and vision insurance, 1st of the month following 30 days of hire
Expense Reimbursement:
$1300 weekly stipend for lodging and meals Travel reimbursement at the beginning and end of the assignment
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Current State Paramedic license, NREMT-P willing to apply for Texas reciprocity state license. Current Driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations in 4 years Current BLS certification Current ACLS certification Must be able to drive large vehicles in normal and adverse conditions All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
