Job DescriptionProvide critical emergency medical care in a fast-paced clinical environment where rapid decision-making, advanced patient assessment, and teamwork directly support the health and safety of patients. This role offers the opportunity to practice advanced paramedic skills while working alongside experienced healthcare professionals in emergency, clinic, and inpatient care settings.

IraqPosition OverviewThe Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Paramedic delivers advanced pre-hospital and emergency medical care for patients requiring urgent assessment, stabilization, and treatment. Working within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment, this role supports emergency response operations, assists medical providers with clinical procedures, and helps maintain continuity of care across emergency, clinic, and inpatient settings.

This position is ideal for experienced paramedics who thrive in high-acuity environments, value clinical autonomy, and are committed to delivering patient-centered emergency care under demanding operational conditions.

Why Join UsPractice advanced emergency and trauma care skills in a dynamic clinical settingWork alongside experienced interdisciplinary healthcare teamsGain experience across emergency, clinic, and inpatient environmentsContribute to meaningful patient care in a mission-driven healthcare operationSupport a healthcare organization with global clinical operations and emergency response expertiseKey ResponsibilitiesRespond to emergency medical situations, perform patient assessments, and provide advanced life support interventionsDeliver emergency treatments including IV/IO access, medication administration, airway management, cardiac monitoring, and 12-lead ECG interpretationAssist physicians and clinical teams with medical procedures and patient care within scope of practiceDocument patient assessments, treatments, medications, and clinical outcomes accurately in EMR systemsCoordinate with EMTs and healthcare staff to support efficient emergency response and patient care deliveryMaintain readiness of medical equipment, supplies, and treatment areas through inventory monitoring and restockingSupport patient care operations across emergency, clinic, and inpatient care environments as neededComplete required clinical training, regulatory compliance education, and organizational onboarding requirementsQualificationsRequirements & QualificationsCurrent unrestricted Paramedic license in a U.S. state or National Registry EMT-P certification requiredActive Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications requiredAdvanced trauma certification such as PHTLS, ITLS, TCCC, or equivalent requiredGraduate of an accredited Paramedic training programStrong emergency response, critical thinking, and patient assessment skills in high-pressure environmentsExperience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to meet pre-deployment medical and physical requirements, including prolonged standing, sitting, bending, and lifting up to 25 poundsU.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident Card required with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance and maintain a valid U.S. passport for international assignment eligibilityPreferred QualificationsPrevious experience working on a military installation or within government-supported healthcare environmentsExperience in emergency medicine, trauma response, or critical care transport settingsPrior experience supporting multidisciplinary healthcare teams in high-acuity environments

Compensation Disclaimer:
Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.

Benefits Language (FTE roles): Full-time positions are eligible for our comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
