Description EMT Intermediate The EMT Intermediate is responsible for the delivery of quality care for ill or injured patients under varied conditions in collaboration with departmental specific personnel. The Advanced EMT must be highly motivated and able to function using assessment skills and written standards when physician contact is not possible. Texas:

Lubbock ⁠ Flexible and available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled, based on departmental needs and operational requirements. Flexible and available to work on a variable shift which may include days, evenings, or nights shifts.

Per Diem / On Call Positions specified as "on call/per diem" refer to employment consisting of shifts scheduled on an "as needed basis" to fill in for staff vacancies.
