What You'll Do:
Administer IV infusions and IM injections of ketamine under physician or nurse practitioner supervision. Conduct patient assessments, reviewing medical history, medications, and vital signs. Monitor patients during TMS therapy and ketamine treatments, ensuring safety and comfort. Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient care. Provide emergency medical intervention when needed. Foster a positive, collaborative environment with an "all hands-on deck" approach.What We're Looking For:
- Licensed Paramedic with valid certification. Reimbursement of initial paramedic application fee to WI or MN states to support dual licensure
- 1+ year of IV starting experience (mental health experience preferred but not required).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- A patient-first mentality with a commitment to compassionate care.
- Willingness to learn and grow in TMS and ketamine treatment methods.
