Job Description
This is a part time position that will work weekday and occasional weekend hours. Support Circle of Life's Bereavement Services program by providing counseling services to those suffering from grief associated with the loss (or anticipated loss) of a loved one. May see clients of all ages and backgrounds. Requires LMSW or LCSW certification through state of Arkansas without restrictions. Minimum of one year related clinical experience in a hospice, medical or mental health setting. Demonstrated clinical experience in the areas of life-threatening and chronic illness, grief and loss, individual, family and group counseling. Demonstrated knowledge of grief modalities, therapeutic interventions, and best-practices. Ability to maintain confidentiality, be discerning with information and use good judgment in handling sensitive client or other information. Strong presentations skills and knowledge of community referral sources.
