Job Description
We're looking for a clinician who's energized by variety and unafraid to build. This is a hybrid coverage + growth role at our established Tempe office. You'll come in with some patient volume to work with (covering our existing overflow and ongoing patients), then grow your own panel in whatever direction aligns with your clinical interests and energy. What you'd be doing: In-person patient care across: Spravato, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, general mental health, weight loss/metabolic management, and hormone replacement Coverage of established patients needing continuity (not a full census—room to build) Building your own panel and defining your niche within our model Working with an infrastructure that handles the admin/billing/marketing so you actually see patients instead of drowning in EMR work Mix of in-person and virtual sessions; you must be able to show up reliably in Tempe Who we're looking for: Dual credentials: FNP-BC + Psych NP Innovative and wanting variety—you're interested in ketamine, Spravato, and integrative approaches, including HRT and GLP1's not just standard SSRIs Entrepreneurial mindset. You want autonomy. You're not looking to punch a clock. Comfortable with independent contractor setup and your own malpractice coverage.
