How you will make a difference (job overview): This position has primary responsibility for mental health services and case management services to clients and their families within Stars Community Services.
Division/Program Overview:
HOT team provides outreach and engagement services to disengaged TAY (transitional ages youth) Transitional Age Youth (TAY) from Ages 18-25 years. The IHOT team is comprised of a staff of peer advocates who use their lived experience to help them connect with disengaged youth. The team lead provides clinical oversight to this dedicated staff.
