You will receive training in patient care, hearing aid support, and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities Assist with patient flow and appointment preparation Support audiologists with basic hearing aid tasks and troubleshooting Provide excellent customer service to patients Help maintain an organized and efficient clinic environment Learn to educate patients on hearing devices and care What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working with patients in a healthcare setting Willingness to learn and take direction Reliable and punctual Basic computer skills Preferred (Not Required) Customer service or healthcare experience Sales or patient-facing experience
