We believe healthcare should feel personal, not rushed — and that starts the moment someone calls or walks through our door. We're a small, close-knit team that genuinely cares about the people we serve, and we're in an exciting growth phase, expanding our services and relocating to a larger space in Granger in late 2026. The Role We're looking for a Client Experience Lead to be the face and voice of Candescent. You'll be the first person patients talk to and the last person they see on their way out… and everything in between. This role sets the tone for how patients feel about our practice, we need someone who leads with warmth, stays calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoys taking care of people. What You'll Do Answer phones & manage scheduling with a warm, professional first impression Check patients in and out, keeping the front desk running smoothly Address patient needs and concerns as they arise, with a compassionate, patient-first approach Serve as the go-to problem-solver when something doesn't go as planned, whether its a billing question, a scheduling conflict, a frustrated patient or anything else that comes your way. Coordinate closely with our clinical team to keep the day running on time and communication flowing with patients and between providers Help maintain a welcoming, organized front-of-house environment Support administrative & marketing tasks as needed… we're a small team and everyone pitches in What We're Looking For Experience in a front-desk, client-facing, or patient coordinator role (medical/aesthetic practice experience a plus, not required) A calm, compassionate approach to handling patient concerns.
