Key ResponsibilitiesTalk to patients at treatment centers about DynamiCares servicesBuild trust with people in recovery by being respectful and kindExplain the benefits of our program and answer simple questionsHelp patients connect with our Admissions Team, usually by phoneWork well with clinic staff to keep a professional environmentTrack your work hours accurately by checking in and out at each locationQualificationsGood communication and people skillsProfessional appearance and a positive, friendly attitudeAbility to connect with many different types of peopleReliable, self-motivated, and good at managing your timePrevious experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or peer support is a plus
Preferred:
Personal experience in addiction recoveryExisting connections within local recovery groups, clinics, or sober living homes in Massachusetts. RequirementsMust be a U.S. citizen and allowed to work in the U.S.Must pass a background check and security screeningMust be able to work in person at clinic locationsMust have a car to drive to clinics, rehab centres, and other healthcare locations.
