Job Description

Description Bay State Community Services (BSCS) is seeking a School Liaison to join our team in Plymouth, Ma! The School Liaison will work closely with school staff, students, and families to provide support, advocacy, and coordination of services that promote student success both academically and socially. What You Will Be Doing to Make a Difference... Serve as the primary connection between school, family, and community resources. Support students with behavioral, emotional, or social challenges impacting school performance. Facilitate communication and collaboration between families, school staff, and service providers. Assist in developing and monitoring student IEPs. Provide crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and referrals to community-based resources.   • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Experience with youth and families
  • Experience with educational systems preferred
  • Experience with group facilitation preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
