We are looking for amazing full time people to be a part of our Patient Care Coordinator Staff for our medical office! Our Patient Care Coordinators work with patients over the phone to help them navigate their feelings, the abortion process, and schedule appointments.
PRIMARY DUTIES
Unbiased phone counseling and education for pregnancy options, abortion care and birth control Phone counseling related to medical services and informed consent, including information about the abortion procedure, screening for medical and emotional health conditions and reviewing best homecare instructions Engage in active listening, provide possible solutions and ensure that callers feel supported and valued Follow up with callers on concerns/questions and ensure resolution. Since many of our patients find it easiest to call us when they are most available, we are open Saturdays! All positions include Saturdays with a day off during the week. No Sunday's or evenings!

COMPENSATION
Entry level positions= $17 hr to start with a path to $19 in the first year. Insurance Benefits = medical, dental & life for employees 3 weeks paid time off within the first year plus paid holidays! Northland Family Planning is an Equal Opportunity Employer Apply today!
