Job Description
What We Offer:
St. Jude Affiliate Clinic at Novant Health Hemby Children's Hospital is seeking a full-time Clinical Services Navigator!Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm This role serves as the primary liaison between pediatric patients and their medical team, acting as both patient advocate and trusted point of support. The RN will collaborate closely with the HCT team, providers, and pharmacists to ensure seamless coordination of care for a specialized patient population. Responsibilities include triaging patient calls, delivering comprehensive patient and family education, and coordinating annual visits, including preparation of required materials and assistance with school and sports paperwork. The team is seeking a highly organized Registered Nurse who can work independently and brings deep expertise in pediatric hematology to ensure continuity of care and exceptional patient experiences.What We're Looking For:
Education:
4 Year / Bachelors Degree Required.Experience :
Three to five years of nursing experience, required. Two years of experience in care of targeted patient population; experience in a broad range of clinical situations or settings, preferred.Licensure/Certification :
RN, required. Additional Skills/Requirements (required ): Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing.What You'll Do:
