Job Description

Job Description Overview Greets/meets patients as admitted and during the stay. Contacts approximately 30 patients and family members daily. Identifies patient experience improvement opportunities through interviews, discussion and observation. Educates patients on services provided by the Hospital, i.e. Nursing, Food & Nutrition, Environmental Services etc. Acts as a liaison between patient and departments. Follow-up on patient concerns to ensure that resolution occurs and the patient perceives this resolution.
Qualifications Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED or equivalent required. Two (2) years of experience in service-oriented operations required. Hospitality and healthcare experience preferable. Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends. Must be able to kneel, sit, stand and walk for continuous periods of time. Ability to frequently lift up to 30 pounds.
