In this role, you will play a vital part in fostering positive relationships with clients, encouraging their continued participation in treatment programs, and supporting their journey toward recovery. Your efforts will help strengthen our community and enhance the overall effectiveness of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with clients to motivate and support their ongoing participation in treatment plans Conduct outreach to clients' families to foster involvement and support Facilitate group sessions to promote peer support and shared learning Follow up with alumni to maintain relationships and gather feedback Assist in identifying and exploring marketing opportunities to expand program reach
Skills and Qualifications:
