Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Patient Care Coordinator, where your enthusiasm and organizational skills will directly enhance patient experiences and streamline clinic operations. Duties The role involves:
Speaking with patients and educating them about hearing health Scheduling appointments with hearing specialists Supporting patients both in person and virtually Assisting the remote audiologist Providing a friendly and positive customer experience 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Compensation & Benefits $17-$19/hour Paid training Career advancement opportunities Medical, dental & vision benefits 2 weeks PTO 7 paid holidays Qualifications Entry-level — no hearing/healthcare experience required High school diploma/GED required Friendly, energetic, and comfortable interacting with people Tech-savvy and comfortable with phone calls (MUST HAVE) Independent and reliable Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus Scheduling appointments with hearing specialists Supporting patients both in person and virtually Assisting the remote audiologist Providing a friendly and positive customer experience This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to contribute to quality patient care through organized support and compassionate communication. Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
