Job Description

We're looking for a caring, experienced physician to join a well-established outpatient practice in White Plains, NY, initially as a locums-to-perm (transition expected within 3-6 months). You'll be working with a mostly geriatric patient panel in a collaborative, patient-centered environment—ideal for clinicians who enjoy longitudinal care and value-based practice. What the role looks like Full-time locums position with a predictable weekday schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Outpatient-only—no inpatient responsibilities. Value-based care model focused on high-quality, coordinated care for older adults (practice is expanding to include Internal Medicine patients 18+). Manageable daily census of roughly 7-10 patients, allowing for meaningful visits. Spanish-speaking clinicians preferred. Temp-to-perm conversion planned within 3-6 months, with expedited credentialing.
Compensation:
$150 per hour. What we're looking for MD or DO, board certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics. Active New York medical license or eligibility to obtain one. Medicare and Medicaid provider enrollment required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to patient-centered, team-based care. Experience or interest in caring for older adults and working in a value-based outpatient setting.
