About the Role The Patient Navigator is an ideal opportunity for those seeking to be an integral part of a fertility patient's journey toward becoming a parent. If you are customer service-minded, compassionate, and enjoy a fast-paced environment with a variety of duties, then this is the role for you. The Patient Navigator position at Pinnacle will allow you to engage with the patient throughout their journey while working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide excellent patient care. We are seeking a Patient Navigator to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility
- Oregon located in Downtown Portland, OR . This is a full-time, on-site position working from Monday-Friday from 8:00AM
- 4:30 PM schedule with some holidays required.
Position Requirements Education :
Highschool Diploma required. Bachelor's degree (preferred)Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical healthcare setting, including patient care coordination, patient navigation, or case management.Skills:
Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, insurance processes, and patient advocacy. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) and other healthcare software. Bilingual skills are a plus.COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Hourly Rate:
$26.00- $30.
