Guides patients in understanding their options and making important decisions about their treatment plans and medical costs; provides emotional support; and serves as a liaison with health care providers.

We are seeking a Benefits Resource Advocate (RA) who combines strong relationship-building skills with a genuine desire to help people navigate complex situations. This is not a traditional customer service role. Our advocates serve as trusted guides, helping individuals understand their options, evaluate available resources, and make confident decisions regarding their healthcare benefits. The ideal candidate is empathetic, resourceful, highly organized, and comfortable having meaningful conversations with individuals facing uncertainty, change, or complex healthcare situations. What You'll Do As a Benefits Resource Advocate, you will: Build trusting relationships with employees and their family members. Conduct one-on-one consultations to understand each individual's unique situation. Review healthcare benefit options and identify potential areas of misalignment. Help members understand available programs, resources, and coverage options. Provide education and support that enables informed decision-making. Document all interactions and activities within company systems. Maintain ongoing communication and follow-up with assigned members. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate support and ensure a seamless member experience. Participate in employer meetings, benefit education sessions, and special projects as needed. Travel periodically to support client engagements and employee education events. QualificationsRequired Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. 3+ years of experience in customer service, employee benefits, healthcare navigation, insurance, case management, social services, account management, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong technology skills, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team. Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Preferred Experience in employee benefits, health insurance, healthcare advocacy, or member support. Experience supporting individuals through complex life situations.
