ReConnect Integrative Center for Mental Health is a neuroscience-informed clinical practice dedicated to helping people regulate their nervous systems and experience meaningful, lasting change in their emotional and physical well-being. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys supporting others and would like to grow within a thoughtful clinical environment over time. This role begins as a part-time independent contractor position and may transition into a larger part-time or full-time role for the right candidate as responsibilities expand. This role combines client experience coordination with community outreach and relationship-building. It is a relationship-centered role within a purpose-driven mental health setting. About the role You will help create a calm, welcoming experience for clients while also supporting the visibility and growth of the practice through thoughtful outreach and connection with the local community. Over time, the right candidate may be trained to assist with neuroscience-based wellness sessions and clinical support technologies used at the center. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating with professionals in the community, and contributing to meaningful mental health work. Responsibilities Welcome clients and help maintain a warm, professional environment Coordinate scheduling and appointment flow Follow up with prospective and existing clients Prepare treatment rooms for sessions Support documentation systems and internal workflow Assist with membership communications and reminders Help coordinate workshops, talks, and small community events Reach out to local businesses, wellness providers, and community organizations Support development of referral relationships in the Austin area Assist with partnership-building opportunities that increase awareness of the practice Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure continuity of client experience Opportunity over time to train in session-support technologies This position may be a strong fit if you love helping people feel comfortable and supported are emotionally perceptive and dependable take initiative without needing constant direction appreciate calm clinical environments are interested in mental health, neuroscience, or wellness value stability and long-term growth within a team are open to learning new systems and technologies Helpful backgrounds (not required) education psychology healthcare or medical offices wellness environments teaching or case-management community leadership roles client-centered administrative roles Position structure This role begins as a part-time independent contractor position so that both the candidate and our team can ensure a strong mutual fit. As training progresses and responsibilities expand, the role may grow into a larger part-time or full-time position for the right person. We are especially interested in candidates seeking a stable environment where they can contribute and grow over time within a small practice.
