Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Travel Required Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated RN Navigator to support our Spine & Scoliosis team by coordinating patient care, improving clinical workflows, and enhancing the overall patient experience. This role serves as a key liaison between patients, physicians, clinical staff, and insurance providers to ensure seamless coordination throughout the continuum of care. Key Responsibilities Coordinate multidisciplinary communication between physicians, clinical staff, administration, and insurance providers to streamline patient care and improve the patient experience. Guide patients through the continuum of care by assisting with scheduling, education, follow-up care, and resource coordination. Develop and implement patient education initiatives and quality improvement projects that support positive clinical outcomes. Assist patients facing financial, insurance, or access-to-care barriers by identifying appropriate medical and community resources. Monitor departmental and patient care metrics, analyze trends, and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and service delivery. Support clinic operations and care coordination across multiple locations as needed. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communication within the electronic medical record system. Minimum QualificationsLicensure / Certification Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas required. BLS certification preferred (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted). Education Diploma or degree from an accredited school/college of nursing required. Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in Spine & Scoliosis, neurosurgery, orthopedic spine, or related specialty care preferred. Strong care coordination and patient navigation experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Pay:
$84,060.00 - $118,668.00 per year
