Role:
The PRN (as needed) position plays a crucial role in providing flexible and responsive healthcare services to patients in various settings. This role is designed to support the healthcare team by filling in gaps in staffing, ensuring that patient care is continuous and of the highest quality. The PRN professional will assess patient needs, administer treatments, and collaborate with other healthcare providers to develop and implement care plans. By being adaptable and responsive, the PRN will help maintain a positive patient experience and contribute to the overall efficiency of the healthcare facility. Ultimately, this position is vital in ensuring that patients receive timely and effective care, regardless of staffing fluctuations.Minimum Qualifications:
Current and valid nursing license or certification in the relevant healthcare field. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Previous experience in a healthcare setting.Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced certifications in specialized areas of healthcare. Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Responsibilities :
