About the Position We are seeking a passionate and results-driven individual to join our new Recovery Team responsible for recovering patients who have not moved forward with treatment, ensuring those who have canceled or no-showed their appointments are re-scheduled, and helping patients understand the importance of continuing or starting their treatment. Our Recovery Team also oversees the tracking and reporting of results to ensure the team's success and alignment with the company's goals. You will gain valuable experience navigating complex conversations and finding solutions that help patients to move forward with life-saving care. The ideal candidate would possess organizational skills and have an affinity for providing excellent customer service. We value a candidate with knowledge in the sleep medicine field and an understanding of PAP therapy; however, this is not a requirement. It is essential that the individual selected aligns with our mission and values. We are happy to train individuals who are dedicated to serving our patients! Key Responsibilities Proactively contact and support patients who are non-compliant with PAP therapy and Oral Appliances. Engage and monitor progress for severe Oral Appliance patients to ensure treatment efficacy. Cultivate long-term patient rapport while managing complex scheduling requirements.
