Every day you will coordinate appointments, referrals, and specialized services, resolve problematic and crisis situations, and manage financial transactions, all while ensuring regulatory compliance and addressing grievances. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate exceptional advocacy, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of international patient needs, financial protocols, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compassionate and efficient support. Provides guidance and leadership to staff in the implementation of existing and new departmental policies and procedures Creates an environment that encourages employee growth and development.
