Who We're Looking For:
Are you a people-person with a passion for making every interaction count? We're looking for CSR-Lifeline Agents who know how to build trust, solve problems, and support individuals through important health-related outreach initiatives.
What You'll Do:
Handle both inbound and outbound calls to support patient engagement initiatives Proactively connect with individuals who may need additional follow-up regarding important health-related programs Educate and guide individuals on the importance of timely completion of preventive health activities Encourage and support participation and completion of required steps within assigned programs Address questions, concerns, and objections with empathy, professionalism, and clarity Provide patient-centered support while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance standards Accurately document interactions and ensure proper follow-through on all engagements What You'll Bring to the
Table:
Minimum 1 year of previous customer service experience required Experience in customer service, patient support, call center, or related fields preferred Sales, telemarketing, collections, or other outbound calling experience highly preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to actively listen and respond effectively Ability to handle objections with professionalism, empathy, and confidence Comfortable discussing sensitive or health-related topics in a respectful and clear manner Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and documentation accuracy Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment Bilingual in
